Doom’s Andrew, Joey, Max & Lana painted collaboratively on two 30” panels along side Jeremiah Ketner & Zack Wirsum. Pieces were auctioned off to benefit the Nettelhorst School in Chicago. Check out the photos from the event!

Some of us ding dongs from the Doom have been doodlin’ up the walls at the VOKAL Interactive offices. We’ve been having a blast making bits of progress as the weeks march on. We’ll be uploading pics here in this bucket.

The End Is Near! Its the truth, all good things must come to an end & thats why we want to invite you to help us end the year & most likely the world with our last exhibit and local artist spectacular at the ON!D space.Waitaminute! Last exhibit you say? At the ON!D space you say?
Here’s the skinny, our building has recently changed hands (inevitable changes come with that) and with all of our own personal endeavors / day jobs we have decided to take this opportunity to take a break from the brick and mortar space to develop some ON!D collective work we have placed on the back burner. OhNo!Doom LLC will still exist, in fact we have great plans for 2013.Whats in the works? Well for one NEXT SATURDAY, we will have a local artist’s last hurrah on December 15th. This will be an all day and evening cash & carry event with some special offers as well! We will be open through January so be sure to stop in for your piece of the Doom! 1800 N. Milwaukee Ave, Chicago!Through 2013 (and beyond) the online gallery will still be up and running with awesome goods, we will be working on some OND collective works and personal exhibits. There is also the possibility of pop up shops around the city and some street festival appearances in our future so keep up with our adventures through our website, newsletters and social media sites. Notably you should expect some new ON!D product this spring and Lana will be curating a Plush exhibition at Clutter Magazine Gallery in April! We want to personally thank all of the artists we have been lucky enough to represent, work with and know. We would not have been able to do it without you guys! Also thank you everyone that has passed through the OhNo!Doom doors over it’s 6 years as a physical space, visited us online or friended us in one way or another. We enjoy forging relationships with artists and our community and are excited to keep it up for years to come. If you can, stop in and say hello / see you later this December!

This weekend is a busy one with 3 gallery shows opening at around the same time, there is a lot to look at and even more that had to get done.

One of those shows is none other than the Custom Brutherford’s Ice Scream Man show at Clutter Gallery in Beacon, NY! Opening reception on Saturday, November 10th at 6PM until 9PM

My contribution was more of an enlarging and a re-imagining of the plush variety. Skulls and Ice cream, my favorite!

The Art of the Colossus by James Gilleard

For his upcoming show at OHNO!DOOM Gallery starting October 6th, James has climbed the mountainous peaks of creativity and stabbed them in their glow-y bits to produce 18 colossal prints.
